Rick Leigh BBQ LLC is a United States limited liability company serving customers in the United Kingdom.

Products

We sell barbecue accessories, grilling tools and related outdoor cooking products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, measurements, materials and specifications are accurate.

Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur due to manufacturing variations, lighting or screen settings.

Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your shopping basket does not reserve the product.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where necessary.

Orders

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

A product is unavailable
Payment cannot be authorised
The delivery address is incomplete or invalid
An obvious pricing or description error has occurred
Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices

Prices for UK customers are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP / £).

Applicable VAT and other mandatory charges will be handled in accordance with UK law and displayed as required during the purchasing process.

Because goods sold directly from outside the UK to customers in Great Britain in consignments worth £135 or less are generally subject to UK VAT at the point of sale, Rick Leigh BBQ LLC must complete the applicable UK VAT requirements before processing such sales.

Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery to the UK is 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Standard delivery costs £5.99.

Orders of £50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy.

We pay reasonable return shipping costs for approved returns and do not charge a restocking fee.

We currently do not offer discretionary exchanges.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to customers under applicable UK consumer law.

For eligible distance sales, UK consumers generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period.
